- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) through the BPSC online portal.
- Click on the New User Registration option if OTR has not been created.
- Enter the required personal, address and other details.
- Complete the Profile Creation process.
- Enter qualification and experience details wherever applicable.
- Upload the required photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Lock the profile after checking all details carefully.
- Open the Active Advertisements/New Application section.
- Select the BPSC TRE-4.0 recruitment.
